I’ve got same problem in non-multisite wordpress with 3 languages set. And it occurs only on mobile devices. Without polylang activated, site works well.

Is network activated. I’ve deactivate it, than activate on each site and it works. Activating for network is not allowed?

To better describe a problem I’ve made some screenshots.

At the beginning. I’ve configured languages on main blog:

When I’m switching to optional blog, I see this:

I’m adding new language (different than PL en EN, because on error that language is already added) then everything appears:

I’m switching to Settings Tab, than submitting without any changes and that happens:

than everything back to initial state with no languages configured for optional blog. If I’m not going to submit settings or just go to Pages, add new page or edit existing error again appears and same everything back to initial state.

Hope I clarified problem and flow little more. Thanks for help!
