Problem solved.
Changed the code in Nextgen-gallery/photocrati-nextgen/modules/lightbox/static/fancybox/jquery.easing-1.3.pack.js
to the code in https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/jquery-easing/1.4.1/jquery.easing.js
Why are so many plugins using old version of jquery?????
