According to me, Yoast SEO plugin beats AIO SEO plugin. It offers a lot of features like changing the metas of taxonomies, updating the .htaccess or robots.tx file from the plugin itself which AIO fails to do so. I’m using cloudflare + w3c total cache. I disabled both one by one and found the following resutls.

Both the results look far from expected. The load time still is around 1-1.4secs.

Let me know what else should I check.

Thanks, Ryan for your help. I actually had one friend of mine to have a look at it and he solved the issue.

But since photon is serving the images from i1.wp.com the images are taking too long to load. Check here https://gtmetrix.com/reports/www.coupondaddy.in/GlvKRMx6

The images are taking upwards of 500ms and up 1.2s to load. I happen to remember that before photon the images were taking 200-250ms and thought photon would bring down that time to 50-100ms but that is not happening right now.

Can you please have a look at it and suggest any solution.

@mathew: Yes, sir. I’m already doing most of the above stated things. Except for CDN, which I’ll be doing next to see how things go. Couldn’t follow the try to minimize the amount of mb or gb your website is taking.

My concerns are about the first byte time and the images. I have to use the images because that would make my coupon site completely boring, and I already use smush.it to compress them but still there’s not much difference.

When crawler go deep down the pages like 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, and 25.

Then there are 100s of pages like this. https://www.manishpandey.com/page/24/?s=blog
I don’t understand from where did the google crawler found it to index it.
It shows the above url https://www.manishpandey.com/page/24/?s=blog is linked from these pages
https://www.manishpandey.com/page/10/?s=blog&paged=11
https://www.manishpandey.com/page/4/?s=blog

and similarly the other posts are linked from various other pages but I don’t see them.

Sweet, got it. Thanks Jackson. I was trying to call the if then statement as the wordpress mentions. I’ll use pastebin for the future queries. A new lesson learned. ??

Do you really need to have a plugin for this? This can be done very easily by simply putting the code in the post. You should try not to use too many plugins on your wordpress install, it slows down the site.

Sorry for not having elaborated the problem.

So, let me start once again. I’ve been customizing a theme to suit my needs. Now, I wish to show one of the category to be different which it does quite beautifully. But the problem arises when I use the page navigation. The first page opens well but when I click on the page 2 it doesn’t show the posts. To what I understand up till now is, the paged function is not customized well here, which is making the problem to occur. If somebody can check the code and let me know where the problem is then perhaps I can fix it.
