I just purchase Easy Media Gallery Pro version but there is not instructions how to install it and activate with the serial number.

The same has happened to me..feeling very frustrated as I purchased this for a chairity website.

Yayyyyyy FINALLY got it working: Updated >>The Theme Avada v3.4.3 & checked every box on the Avada Theme Options for WooCommerece and it fixed it. Phew… Thanks guys for all your ideas and support…I love this FB Feed for help Bless u all xx
