You use default image. Please go to Header Image and select – All pages or Home Page.

1. Go to header image and activate header image. Select all pages or home page.
2. If you have an installed cache plugin please delete the cache.

We absolutely understand. The default size is 1135 × 600px and we will change this in the next version. You can change the default size in custom/ink/custom-header.php file Line 10,11

Now the problem is not in the theme :). Please deactivate the plugin – ultimate-member. Also please ask your plugin support.
