Yes, but we have cpanel in our hand, don;t know about your country. Ask from your host or that person who installed WordPress for you, he/she has access to cpanel.

sanghivivek & AnnaOleksiuk, I faced same issue with my website homepage contact form. I contacted to my host, he advised to adjust new email from cpanel. I created new email address, adjusted my Yahoo email address from ‘Forwarders’ and got solution. You can try this. This is my website:

I have two problem with my NovelLite Theme:

1. As message sent, screen goes to top (homepage). I want to see back form section.
2. I cannot receive emails after getting message “successfully sent”. I have given my email address both places in contact 7 form section and dashboard>setting>general>email.
