Update: changed the List View to Group and it worked ??

Hi,

I am getting the same result. I have an Editor role who can see tasks that are not assigned to them.

Settings:
1. Advanced Settings > Show a User Only the To-Do Items Assigned to Them: Yes
2. User Permissions > View To-Do Items Assigned to Other Users Capability: Manage Options

I just gave it a whirl today and found it useful for jotting down to-dos and sharing it with the client via the dashboard.

Feature requests for CTDL or OptimaList:
1. A space for followup comments/notes (threaded?) by admin and assigned.
2. Tagging. At times would like to cc the client/Editor role on a task but not necessarily assign them a task.
3. File attachments. When the client sends me a task, it usually involves adding/updating a file. Would be nice to grab that link from the request (right-click copy link) or find the link in the media library.
4. Drag n drop reordering of to-do items

In addition to tagging someone, would be nice if there is a way to notify them via email.

A couple of small features/ideas to add to your list:
1. a confirmation window when clicking the trash can by accident
2. when adding a new note, can it be added just below the current note and not at the bottom of the dashboard?

Fyi: In my case, I had the same mail handling message and a iconv library missing. Installing the library cleared up both notices.

P.S. I don’t think it’s a BuddyPress conflict. I’ve deactivated the plugin and the list is still not showing.

Hi, a quick followup on the last thing. Updated Gravity Forms and it happened again—shows only Sticky List shortcode. Deactivated and reactivated SL and the page shows as intended.

Yes, I do remember that it happened after the last update. I will see if it just happens from time to time without updating and report back. Thank you.
