Hello and thank you for waiting.
We have investigated this case and see that you use the same Access Key on your live website and on your staging website. That’s why you receive such reports that may confuse you.
Please, update all plugins on both websites. Or delete unused and outdated plugins on both websites.
Did it help?
Meanwhile, please, synchronize the plugin:
? WordPress Admin Page → Settings → Security by CleanTalk → Synchronize with CloudThen clear your website cache. The next security report should be fine without mentioning itself.
Hello @robertshaw,
We will check the Security plugin as soon as possible. Please, wait up to 3 business days.
You are welcome!
All fixes will be included in the next plugin release. If don’t want to wait up to 2 weeks, then please update the plugin manually as we mentioned in the previous reply. When a new release comes, update the plugin in a usual way, it should work fine.
Hello,
Our tests showed no issues with WooCommerce orders when we switched different statuses.
Please, re-install the CleanTalk Anti-Spam Plugin to the newest version:
- WordPress Admin Page → Plugins → Installed plugins → Anti-Spam by CleanTalk → Deactivate and Delete.
- Then install it anew, the guide is here: https://cleantalk.org/help/install-wordpress
After that refresh your website cache. Make sure that the website cache is 24 hours or less.
It will solve the issue. Did it help?

Hello @mike00ka,
We would like to test this issue in our environment. Are you talking about WooCommerce? If yes, does it persist with any order (fake or legitimate)?
Thank you for your confirmation.
Yes, of course, the fixed version will be released as soon as possible.
