I also noticed that it is working on my staging website but not on live website. I believe it is assuming my staging as my main website?

Hi, I deactivated wordfence and tried again. No luck, emails do not arrive.

I ca make a video, but I would rather not show my personal info such as emails publicly. Can you provide an email so I can send the video?

I have other websites where the config is exactly the same and it works flawlessly. Can you guys check if my domain is blacklisted on your servers or something like that? This worked in the past.

I tried searching my shop on cusrev.com and can’t find it.

Could it be related to wordfence?

Have you had the time to look at it? It’s not working for very long time.

I changed to aother email with same domain but I use g-suite, it should work.

It’s for all orders, even though I send the manual reminder, it is not delivered.

That is the problem, those emails for review are not delivered.

If I make a test, that one is delivered, but that’s the only one.

Oh sorry I didnt get it was supposed to send a reminder. I did now and got a 10/10

Hi,

I made the setup to send an immediate message after purchase and the same message every 48h if the order is on hold. I’m testing and it is only sending the message after purchase, the reminder every 48h is not sending the custom message, even though the status is still on hold.
