2. Test the purchase of the downloadable product
3. If the order is automatically completed then there is a problem with our plugin and we will investigate further
4. If neither this order is completed, then there is a problem with the configuration of WooCommerce/PayPal

thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately, it is impossible for us to test most of the gateways. As a rule of thumb, if the gateway and the plugin used to connect to the gateway supports Instant Payment Notifications, our plugin should work.

Unfortunately, their website doesn’t have a lot of English documentation. This plugin is claimed to be using instant payment notifications: https://github.com/SantiagoInteractive/mobilpay-card-gateway-for-woocommerce

However, we would need help from either of you to test it against their sendbox.

I don’t think the plugin can help you with what you are trying to achieve.
This plugin switches an order for Virtual products to Complete once the payment has been completed. You are looking for a plugin that allows your customers to view PDF without the possibility of downloading them.

can you try enabling woocommerce and woocommerce autocomplete order on every site rather than network-enabling them?

That should do the trick!
