I am Admin but new in WP and I dont know what messages you refer to?

Apparently my problems come from my ISP (Godaddy), because cannot access my website from CPANEL. I get this message while trying to open the website from CPANEL:

We’re sorry, you are not allowed to proceed
Your request looks suspiciously similar to automated requests from spam posting software or it has been denied by a security policy configured by the website administrator.
If you believe you should be able to perform this request, please let us know.

Moreover, in my Godaddy’s products, no access to my webhosting features!

Dont know the reasons.

After reinstalling WP, I have error http 500 and edition blocked!

Hi, need your help, because cannot manage correctly colour fonts in menus, but in the mobile only!

I put this CSS code in the Customizing side page:
/*Menu Item color*/
#primary-menu > ul > li > a, #primary-menu > li > a {
color: red;
}

So the menu are now RED for the PC but remains WHITE for the mobile!
How can I change that for the mobile as well?
