    Hi again Jarno,

    Thank you for your message!

Yes, I was disabling Complianz temporarily because I wanted to find out if there is a connection between the issues about missing, respectively not visible traffic, and the styling of the site. I am now able to answer that with partly yes. After disabling Complianz, stats are again showed on the site and in WP dashboard! Anyway, this behavior was somehow strange because it occurred primarily after Complianz was already in use for about a week!

Those styling and CSS issues are still happening, but the interesting thing is that this issue occurred about the same time!

Some time ago, I had issues with another plugin (Jetpack). After I had to delete and install it again, I was simply not able to configure it for new. Their support also detected many 403 errors, so I was contacting my hosting provider. First: They did not detect any server side errors but secondly they said that they are not responsible for issues with plugins or themes. After weeks (!) of message exchange, I detected the error myself: it was a conflict with another plugin! After disabling every plugin manually (not via the WP Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin which occurred as totally useless in that case!), everything worked fine again. I am very much afraid that this could also cause this issue.

In the meantime, I checked the permissions again and compared them with the ones on another site of mine without any issues: no difference!

But I also deleted Complianz at all to try another compliance plugin (about plugin try number eight) which is more complicated to configure but at least showing previews. Due to this, you might mark this thread as resolved.

    Best regards,

    Ronald

    Hi Jarno,

As I mentioned before, I changed some file permissions, and WordPress site health status (Website-Zustand) doesn’t show any errors (Beschreibbar = writable):

    Das Hauptverzeichnis von WordPress
    Beschreibbar

    Das ?wp-content“-Verzeichnis
    Beschreibbar

    Das Uploads-Verzeichnis
    Beschreibbar

    Das Plugins-Verzeichnis
    Beschreibbar

    Das Themes-Verzeichnis
    Beschreibbar

    Das Must-Use-Plugins-Verzeichnis
    Beschreibbar

    Regards,

    Ronald

PS: This might not have to do with Complianz but since two days CSS shows a strange behavior: fonts and style are not loaded immediately as before, and I don’t have any countable visits to my site. Could it be that Complianz is blocking statistics and messing up Local Google Fonts?

Hi Aert (sounds Nederlands of Vlaams),

    Thank you for your answer.

The first file you mentioned (it was created by Local Google Fonts plugin) is under access code 755 which means that it is readable ans writeable, the second was under another code but I changed it to 755, too. After doing that, I cleared browser cache. No change, still no banner.

    Best regards,

    Ronald

PS: Me, I am not using any firewall that could block access, and even after de-activating Really Simple SSL plugin which is also hardening the site no positive change.

Increasing WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT did not help either.

    Hi Erina,

yes, I tried that already by using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin. No positive results to tell. As someone else from support team suggested, I will try disconnecting, deleting, re-installing, and re-connecting Jetpack to WordPress.com again.

    Hi Alin again,

following your own suggestion, I ran Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin by deactivating my original theme and all plugins except Jetpack and Boost. But still no stats and no Boost, and I could not discover any other errors.

I don’ t like to install another browser, but all I can do is going to an Internet Café to try it out. But I have read here https://jetpack.com/support/jetpack-stats/ under Troubleshooting information and?FAQ that Jetpack adds a function called wp_footer() to the footer.php file. On my other website where everything works fine it looks like that but in this site it is

    <?php wp_footer(); ?>

When I change it to the original code, I mess up my site. For example, the picture on my homepage disappears suddenly.

    Hi Erina,

I am mostly using Ubuntu Linux, and the newest browser version. But as I mentioned a couple of times before, I am running another WordPress site where everything (Jetpack stats and Boost) works within same OS and browser. So, the problem must be caused by something within this special site. The only way to see my stats is to login to wordpress.com but no way to start Boost.

    Hi Alin again,

here is a screenshot of what happens when I try to manage Boost:

    https://snipboard.io/TjZo1z.jpg

You might see that it is endlessly loading.

About the not working stats: same here. As I mentioned before, I am running another WordPress site with installed Jetpack and Boost. There, both are working properly in the same browser! So, it is surely not a browser problem; it must be something within my site (or within Jetpack) that does not work.

    Hi Alin,

the Jetpack connection issue may be resolved but I still have no access to manage Boost. Have a look at that screenshot:

    https://snipboard.io/TjZo1z.jpg

It is just endlessly loading without any success.

    Hi Alin,

I installed, activated and ran Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin by deactivating my original theme and all plugins except Jetpack and Boost. But still no stats and no Boost, and I could not discover any other errors.

Both my WP-admin and my WordPress.com dashboards say that both plugins are active. But I am still not able to configure them.

PS: No problems while installing other themes or plugins, and my site is still connected to WordPress.com.

    Hi Daniel,

thank you for your answer even I do not think that this is a hosting provider side issue. I am running another site there without having any problems with Jetpack (by the way: If they work, the new Jetpack stats are very useful–many thanks to your developers!) and Boost.

But I remembered that I was manually disabling XML-RPC a while ago because of security reasons. I enabled it again but that didn’t help either.

    Hi Joseph,

in the meantime, I did a fresh new install of Jetpack and Boost. Now, I get that message:

When I click “Verwalten“ (Manage) and choose the free option, it starts loading and loading and loading without an end. By the way, like my Jetpack stats.

    Thanks for your help!

PS: In the meantime, my site is connected to WordPress.com!

Update: In the meantime, I did a fresh new install of Jetpack. It looks much better now but there are still multiple issues.

    1. Stats are still loading and loading and loading (since about more than a week!) while I can see them properly on WordPress.com.
    2. When I go to “Manage your Jetpack products” this error occurs: There was an error fetching your purchases information. Check your site connectivity and try again.
    3. When I try to add Boost, I get the message that I don’t have permission to access the page.

Geschafft: Habe in der Text-Ansicht, mit der ich sowieso (fast) prinzipiell arbeite, innerhalb jedes HTML-Absatz-Tags noch ?noTypo“ eingefügt.

So wollte ich die Seite haben!

Nee, benutze keinen Block-Editor. G?be es nicht eine M?glichkeit, die Silbentrennung durch Einfügen eines Codes zu deaktivieren?
