In reply to: [Simple Ads Manager] Errors filling up my database FASTBy the way, I am trying to donate to you on this software. However I am getting “Private loads are not supported for this card” in the Amount to Load section.
Also, I was able to turn off the error logs so my DB doesnt fill up any more, thanks for that option.
My only concern is that the error above is is becoming more frequent, but otherwise the plugin seems to work just fine.

Does it read Google DFP (DoubleClick for Publishers) tags?
I said I’d get back, but I dont have any real absolute information to report on my solution. My FB page no longer displays random images, which is great and the original issue. BUT, if I ad the image code for OGP, it will ONLY display that image and not the featured image withing each WP post. So it is still not where I want it, but at least the random image issue has been fixed.
How?
I am not sure. I think the creation of a 1200 x 630 image for use as default broke something loose and fixed the random image problem. I did have a popular OGP plugin that I removed; WP Facebook Open Graph protocol by Chuck Reynolds; very popular, but it was working with it also, but when the issue was fixed, I started to get double posts to FB, so I removed it to fix THAT issue. It was where I was adding the image code in the first place since there is a custom field for that, that WAS adding the tag. Now my image tag is “blank” since I removed that plugin, which is fine for now.
So I MAY manually ad OGP image tag to my header.php file or something to try to force it from image:blank in the near future to see what happens and bring back a default image when there is none in the post. But for now, I have bigger fish to fry.
Thanks again Richard.
-SteveHi Again Richard. Yes I have been working on things so they are not as mentioned before. I think I have worked it out, or it worked itself out, not sure. But I have begun to understand OGP etc. and believe I may be able to fix it all. Things have improved, I will let you know here when it is fixed and what the problem was.
Thanks again for your help.
-SteveI spoke too soon. Although the default image is displaying, now it is purely default, as in no post images push through to Facebook. ??
and by the way, I did try an image bigger than my 250 x 250 but not 1200 x 630 and it too failed.
Richard, IT WORKED!!!
Holy cow, that is weird, and WHY does FB advertise to use 200 x 200 or bigger (which I did) and nothing about 1200 x 630???? you are the only source that has given me those dimensions.
Anyway, thanks so much. Although now, oddly, I notice that I have been getting double posts on FB and Twitter fed from my WP site. ???? New issue, so you can close this thread.
If you are ever in Seward, Alaska, I owe you a beer, look me up, I am easy to find, you know the site and everyone in town knows who runs it.

Hello Richard, THANK YOU very much for looking at this. The current image is 250 x 250 (made bigger by me to test this) .

BUT I will try an even larger image anyways just to see what happens. I will let you know what happens. Thanks again for your service.
-SteveThanks Richard; beat you to it ?? https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/facebook-images-debug-tool-checks-ok-still-using-wrong-image?replies=1
btw, the FB debugger believes everything is fine and shows the image I want to show if no image.
Hi Richard, I have the same issue as danka. I have the jetpack setting and the official Facebook app plugin installed. This issue only occurs on post that have no images. If I disable the jetpack pubilicise, nothing works, at all, no posts go to FB. With jetpack enabled, I get a random image.
