In reply to: [The GDPR Framework By Data443] Commenting Problem with this plugin activatedThank you. Also, hoping you will have cookie management soon. I appreciate all your work.
However, when I just use this:
<script async src=”https://www.googletagmanager.com/gtag/js?id=UA-XXXXXXXX-1″></script>, it seems to work. Still testing to see if it is actually blocking cookies at that pointUPDATE: Nope – it still tracks the cookies – plus it’s still tracking the cookies from Amazon, even though it didn’t throw an error.

Same problem here. Also, someone else on their support forum asked that same question on May 7, but the dev hasn’t helped her yet.

In reply to: options-permalink.php showing 404 page?Other problems and solutions I have tried:
- In addition to not being able to access the options-permalink.php file, I am also encountering a 404 page when I try to bulk activate or deactivate plug-ins.
- Two of my plug-ins have updates available and neither of them will update and hang at the unpacking phase.
- I was already using WordPress 3.8.1, but tried to update WordPress in case it was corrupted and it hung during the unpacking phase just like the plug-ins did.
- To resolve these issues I have:
- Turned off the plugins (which I had to do manually through PhpMyAdmin)
- Switching to basic theme
- I manually updated WordPress using the instructions here.
- I am gettint 500 Internal Server Errors off any secondary pages on the site. I have traced this to w3 Total Cache. However, deactivating it doesn’t fix any of my other issues.
Even after all of this, I am still having the same problem. None of the plugins will upgrade and neither will WordPress and I am still getting 404 errors when I try to go to options-permalink.php from the WordPress dashboard.

In reply to: [YARPP - Yet Another Related Posts Plugin] Incompatibility between pluginsThe developer of the other plug-in suggested that it has to do with filters and that there may be a problem with one in YARRP. He suggested that I send this article to you. The part about filters is the relevant content:

In reply to: [WeShare Buttons] Would like to fix just ONE thing“Advise me…” to change my review? Or what? LOL. I didn’t “mislead” anyone. This plug-in, at the time of my review, did not append a Twitter User Name to tweets from the share button. I DID contact the support and they said the feature I asked about would be in a future version, but didn’t give me a timeling. Since I needed this feature now, I chose a different plug-in that already meets my needs out-of-the-box and rated this plug-in accordingly. It’s a social media marketing basic to share the blog author’s Twitter ID. In my opinion, this plug-in (and any other Twitter plug-in) should not be developed without the option to append the author’s Twitter ID.
There is nothing else I dislike about this plug-in. It works as advertised and doesn’t do anything special. It is at least comparable to several other plug-ins that I tried, but not as good as some of the others I have tried that do the same thing. In fact, it’s not as good as the one I chose that does Twitter Cards and several other features right out of the box.
Otherwise, this is a good plug-in. My review IS valid. I have as much right to my opinion as anyone else does… including a “friend” of the developer. Funny that the only two posts (as of the date of this writing) you have left on any of these support forums are about this plug-in. Those post include your initial review of this plug-in AND you “advising” me to change my review.
You are clearly biased – and your bias is misleading. Just because you disagree with me doesn’t make your opinion any more valid than mine.
