I am using godaddy with linux and my home comes up with just my URL name example https://www.domain.com no index.html.

I was using the the first permalink setting /?category=123 then after that I selected the custom field and put have /%postname% and everything works fine again.

Can’t give the site url because I have taken the UGLY formatted page wordpress created and replaced it with what I had previously before thrying to clen the page up. I can give you the HTML and u can try to paste it in yours to see if it does it for you. I dunno…

….Yeah I read that already and didn’t understand it thats why I posted here to get the answer. ??

OK I will try this, This works if I am not using it for blogging? I am using it as a regular website…

Thats what I am doing pasting the HTML in the HTML area and my format is totally not what I pasted. I get extra spaces, text is different ect…. ??
