In reply to: [WooCommerce] My account page not working correctly for login/logoutHi @carolm29
Just coming back to say my client confirmed the issue has been resolved after changing the page type back to the default WP editor – this thread can now be closed. ??
Thanks for your assistance!
Cheers

In reply to: [WooCommerce] My account page not working correctly for login/logoutHi @carolm29
Yes, confirming that when I deactivated everything it was working fine. I’ve been reactivating plugins one-by-one – I’ve just finished reactivating the last plugin and can’t recreate the issue, so I’m a bit stumped.
Interestingly, though, one thing that was different between the live site and the cloned site was how the My Account Page was showing in the backend – in the live site, it was an Elementor page but in the cloned site it was using the standard WP editor. Out of sheer desperation, I changed the live site’s My Account page back to a WP editor (instead of Elementor) and wouldn’t you believe it… the page is now working!!
For me, at least. I’m going to get my client to double-check this before I do the dance of joy, but just thought I’d update you here. If this IS a fix, can you think of any reason why an Elementor page would create a different result from the WP editor? Literally the only thing on the page was the shortcode for the WooCommerce profile/dashboard.
Cheers

In reply to: [WooCommerce] My account page not working correctly for login/logoutHi @ckadenge
Thanks so much for your response. I’ve tried items 1-3 and 5 and it made no difference.
Currently going through item 4 and switching the plugins on one-by-one. So far I’ve discovered the theme (Hello Elementor) is fine and all the ‘major’ plugins that I thought could have been the cause (e.g. Elementor, Wordfence, LearnDash, WP-Rocket, WP Armour) have all been switched on and it’s working fine.
Will report back once I’ve (hopefully!!) found the culprit!

SezHi @prashantrai
I reached out to the team via the contact form but was essentially told that “email support is only for users with an active WPForms licence”.
Really all I’m looking for is information about if there is a security risk in using the free plugin (i.e. why do we keep getting warned about it via ManageWP) and if there is a risk, will a fix also be applied to the free plugin?
Appreciate your help!
Cheers
@prashantrai I’ve been dealing with the same security error as mentioned above. I’ve just submitted a message via the contact form (as you directed 368durham to do) – I hope that’s okay.
Cheers!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Custom Add to Cart button cannot be aligned to center@hansenjry I had the exact same thing happen as well! I thought I was going insane because it didn’t matter what I did (I tried turning it off, deleting it, purging the cache, custom CSS, etc) nothing was working.
@ihereira While the OP and I are both using Elementor, it appears to only be the WooCommerce ‘Custom Add to Cart’ button that will not work – all other buttons can be aligned however I want them to.
Has there been any change to WooCommerce in the last 24 hours? I was literally building the page yesterday afternoon and it was fine, then less than 6 hours later the Woo buttons had all reverted to left align (and can’t change to centered, right or fully justified).
Cheers

Sorry, it seems to have resolved itself now.
