I have a “normal” wp-content/uploads installation.
Wordpress is uploading normaly in to it.

Also, I created a /uploads/users_csv in the root directory.
All is CHMODed at 777.

I have suspition about shared webhost settings here, which are not a subject to be changed.

Yes, this plugin was not working for me before at all.
after this fix is good now
