It’s done on a page by page basis. In Admin Section, identify the page you want to remove the form from and selecte Quick Edit. Ensure the Allow Comments box is not selected.
Update the page.

Have you tried the User Access Manager plug-in?

In Admin Section, select the page that you want to change the layout for.
Depending on the theme you’ve selected you’ll have a choice of template layout in the dropdown field in the Page Attributes panel.

In admin section, go to the post that contains the image you want to add an link to.

Highlight the code that contains details of the image, for example [singlepic id=350 w=320 h=240 float=right], then select the Insert/Edit Link icon. Add the url that you want the image to link to and also change the Target dropdown if you want the link to open in a new page.

I’m experiencing a similar problem that dates back to updates from 3.1.3 onwards.

Are you using URL forwarding?

I also see Sleek Black Theme. Clear your browser cache or try a different browser.

In Admin Section, click on Pages and trash the home page.

I’ve also tried creating a new site (rather than doing updates) with the install address being the https://www.sitename.com address. The installation page appears, the database tables are created, but the log-in page doesn’t work unless I change url to sitename.no-ip.info address.

In Admin Section click on Settings, then Reading. Choose Front page displays to be a static page and select the page from the dropdown.

In Google Analytics you need to create separate website profiles for each site. Once that’s done, go to the WordPress Google Analytics settings and enter the unique Google Analytics UID for that site.

This is a different ID to your Google Analytics profile ID.

I run 5 wordpress sites from my server, all different themes, and the same problem occurs if I upgrade any of them beyond 3.1.2.

I’ve reverted the broken site to WP 3.1.2 (made no changes to where the site is installed) and the log-in and register pages now work from either https://www.few-fyfe.co.uk or https://few-fyfe.no-ip.info.

So problem only occurs when I upgrade beyond version 3.1.2.

Any ideas?

Another good way is not to post links to the site in public forums:)
