As per my original comment, I am not able to replicate the issue on desktop myself on the live environment. Rather, some customers are experiencing the issue and reporting it. So, I am not sure how trying to test on a staging environment will help me identify the issue if I cannot replicate the issue…

Yes, the product configuration is set up according to that documentation. It was set to Force Downloads upon launch and I switched it to X-Accel-Redirect/X-Sendfile to see if that would help and it didn’t (I worked with my hosting provider to update the NGINX Server).

The file sizes are rather large which is why I hoped changing the download method would help. One file is 24MB and the other is 28MB. I think one from another product is over 30MB. On occasion, the download fails which I know is likely caused by bandwidth issues and the file size, but the file downloading, playing, but the file is cut off? Very odd.
