Hi Tracy, the plugin is working now for us anyway, to be honest I ‘m not sure what changed, it seems the mailchimp connection broke and now works again

I like the debug and integration settings sections I’ve not seen before… great to have this working with Woo … I will check it out now

Hi Kevin, I finally heard back and it is easily checked, the the ip of https://www.secretgarden.co.uk which is 95.142.155.121 is not on any ip address

any other ideas?

Thanks Kevin, I can edit forms but though it says Connected in Green there are no associated lists found and therefore the fields say … this field no longer exists in the list… etc… as I said, I connected a new API key and there is a list for sure in mailchimp

Note – I think this happens only when someone is in the list but unsubscribed, and therefore potentially needs to be sent the mailchimp special signup form… would that explain this error?.. many thanks, Tim

Hi Brent and any others .. I also have this problem on some downloadable files but not others. I cannot see any difference apart from the one that works being published in Feb 15 and the one that does not in March 15. The one tht does not used to work but I cannot trace an event that stopped it.
