Wel i thought that you had problems even after deleting al plugins, that your memory was stil exhausted. This was a way to make sure u have a clean start and have your dashboard and site back.

As for the woocommerce plugin… I never tried to make it work after i had some problems with the installation. If you need help with that, maybe the plugin author wants to help you.

If you know how to acces your databse you can search there for wp_options. If you click that you see something called “active_plugins” click it and delete the content. That wil work a 100%

Looks like you have a lot of plugins installed, these take up memory.
Either increase the memory https://docs.woothemes.com/document/increasing-the-wordpress-memory-limit/

Or better try to delete some plugins that you dont need anymore.
