@sensusdata we have released a new version 3.0.0 that now allows creating labels to the Canary Islands and should include customs documents.

We will have to review the logic on our end and find a solution to these exceptions, until then please continue using the Business Portal for these addresses.

You could take a look at the code when an order status changed and see how it’s done there, then do the same programatically.

The plugin is coded to have a Street Name and Number. Can you add a “dummy” number like “1” or would that cause issues?

You could create a custom Order Status and then set that programmatically and use the setting to create a label on that custom Order Status to make it all work together.
