i too am getting the red bar with bad request when i go to cloudflare plugin in settings.
im not sure when it started, but i did update the cloudflare plugin recently. I also use wp-supercache. A new plugin that i installed after updating cloudflare is Atlantics by Monster insights. I also removed jetpack.

Thank you for guiding me to “Segment a List by Purchase Activity”. This is limited to segmentation by the main product purchased – NOT by the product variation.

i see the product variation information in my mailchimp list under the customer profile > eCommerce section. This would indicate that you have successfully passed the product variation information to mailchimp.

My question:
1 – what is the variable/field name in the mailchimp list, wherein you have stored the product variation information.
2 – what are the associated values? is it the product variation id? or is it the product attribute id/s?

reinstalling the plugin and trying patiently did do the job for me.
