Hello @0108daniel,
Upon navigating to the category mapping section, you should see all of your store’s categories automatically populated to match the corresponding merchant categories.
Categories with subcategories (child categories) will appear in a structured hierarchy. The parent category will appear individually.
If you’re using the latest version of the CTX Feed and still encountering issues, it’s likely due to cached data. To ensure all updates take effect:
- Clear the cache from any caching plugins you have installed.
- Additionally, clear the cache within the CTX Feed make feed page: https://prnt.sc/ZnBxobZFIjNZ
Clearing both caches ensures that old data is removed and the updated category mapping information is fully loaded, resolving any discrepancies or display issues you may be facing.
Hello @daryltav ,
Thank you for your input. This issue can occur due to various factors. Based on our knowledge, and upon review you site status lower PHP execution time can trigger such an issue for your case. Please increase your execution time by 300 seconds or more since you have almost 5000 products. Hopefully, your issue has been resolved.

Hello @topps,
To achieve the expected output, please follow these steps:
- Enable the custom field “availability date” as shown here: screenshot.
- Activate the snippet using a code snippet plugin.
- Incorporate the “availability date” attribute in your feed: screenshot.
After completing these steps, a date will be added to your feed for products with an
on_backorder
status, like this example product: screenshot.Hello @giusmart,
Thanks for reaching us,
When using the child category with the product type, it generally retrieves the most nested category from the selected categories. This is typically a single category, as it is a child category. However, the other two options—’product full category’ and ‘product category’—retrieve categories with hierarchy.
If there’s a mismatch with your child category, consider using one of the other options. If the child category is not retrieving the most nested category. It’s because of WooCommerce that they may treat the current one as the child. We simply retrieve the data from the woocommerce database table.
Additionally, we’ve identified a significant issue with your Google product category. You’ve applied a child category that is not allowed with the Google product category. You will need to either select an option from the dropdown menu or use category mapping to obtain the Google product category code dynamically.

In reply to: [CTX Feed – WooCommerce Product Feed Manager] Enable New Cron System FeatureHello @timveck ,
Thanks for reaching us,
So far we could understand you’re interested to updating your feed from server or cPanel.
By default, CTX Feed runs automatic updates using WordPress corn system WP Cron. The new cron system also utilizes WP Cron but it updates the feed in batches, similar to how feed creation works. If you prefer to use the server cron, note that the new cron system may not function properly. To use the server cron, make sure to disable the new cron system it will revert to the old system(which updates the feed in a single run) and regenerate your existing feeds after opening their feed config to schedule those.
To setup your cron on server follow this article: How To Setup Cron for Auto Feed update?

Hello @alexrossth ,
It may happen due to a cache issue. Please clear the cache from ‘make feed’ page from here.?Also from your cache plugin. This will resolve the issue, and new attributes will appear in the list.
Hello @topboj,
If the feed is updating at the scheduled interval but the data within the feed, such as the price, is not updating, it could be due to a cache issue. Please clear the cache from your server side and from any cache plugin you have installed. Additionally, you can exclude CTX Feed from the cache plugin by following this article: How to solve Feed Configuration not updating issue?
