i can see the debit card option but checkout link is not visible as well as Paypal option. If I turn of the order approval option (not deactivating plugin), then everything is working fine.

Yes i have activated both. But these are not showing up once I approve the order.
it was working fine till 1st Feb, and out of nowhere, it stopped working.
