I have recommended you a WordPress ‘Weglot multilingual’ plugin for translation language as your requirement. Because i already have an used this plugin with Appointment theme. And it works very well at our end.

And now:-

Kindly paste the code given below in Custom CSS field (Appearance -> Customize -> Header settings -> Custom CSS).
