I’m extremely very sorry for being late to reply. Unfortunately, I missed the email from the plugin.

The issue might be because of the cache as a lot of users are using my plugin and they haven’t face such issue.

Showing title and description on mouse hover is a feature of the plugin but if you want to show them by default then you will have to write few custom CSS
