In reply to: [WooCommerce] woocommerce orders screen option not showing payment methodHi @arafjal007
Unfortunately, WooCommerce does not have this feature built-in. However, you can achieve this by using a custom code.

Alternatively, you can also try using the Payment Method Order Column plugin.
I hope this helps! If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Website Has Slowed DownHow may I optimize the database? Is there any recommended plugin that could do the job?
To optimize your database, you can use plugins like WP-Optimize or WP-Sweep. These plugins can clean up your database by removing unnecessary data, which can improve your site’s performance.
If you’ve WP CLI access, then you can also run the
wp db optimize
command.I am using both Cloudflare and the Breeze Plugin by Cloudways which they recommend for websites hosted on their system.
Both Cloudflare and Breeze are excellent choices. However, you might need to check your Cloudflare settings to ensure it’s properly configured. Also, ensure that Breeze is set up correctly for optimal performance.
Another thing to consider is your hosting environment. Even though Cloudways assured you that their servers are working fine, you might need to look into your PHP version, memory limit, and execution time. Upgrading to a higher PHP version can significantly improve performance. Also, increasing the memory limit and execution time can help to handle larger operations.
Furthermore, as suggested earlier, installing the Index WP MySQL For Speed and Fast Woo Order Lookup Lookup plugins can help to improve your site’s speed.
I hope this helps! If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.

In reply to: [Storefront] Essential files,Hi @kingcooper
I’m glad we were able to help! Should you have further inquiries, kindly create a new topic here.
Meanwhile, if it isn’t too much to ask for – would you mind leaving us a review here?
It only takes a couple of minutes but helps us tremendously. It would mean so much to us and would go a really long way.
Thanks!

Hi @ellovee
We’ve recently added a brick-and-mortar location to our online store with more than 2,600 SKUs. I see that there’s a GTIN/UPC field for products and variations, but when we input the GTIN there, the barcode scanner in the Woo mobile app doesn’t match it with any products.
The Mobile App barcode scanner currently only works with codes added to the SKU field in the inventory tab. The new GTIN, UPC, EAN or ISBN field in WooCommerce core is not yet integrated with the Mobile App. More info: https://woocommerce.com/document/barcode-and-qr-code-scanner/
The GTIN/UPC also doesn’t appear as a column when we export our products to CSV, so there’s no efficient way to add these with a spreadsheet import.
Our developer is aware of this issue and has already created a fix that’s on its way to be included in the coming update.

I hope this clarifies your concern. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Apply restricted email coupons by adminHi @n0th
The system says is not the proper user for the coupon, I followed all the steps you mentioned and nothing..
To ensure we are on the same page, did you add the customer’s mail ID in the “Allowed emails” field before applying the coupon?
Looking forward to hearing from you!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Remove Order Number from customer emailsHi @marktrader
You can remove the order number from customer emails by editing the email templates. The template to copy and override is

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Page 2 of products is not displayedHi @pcmario
Your theme or plugin might interfere with it, but usually, you should find that option as a default feature.
However, this kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. The best way to determine this is to:
- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Four
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Repeat the action that is causing the problem
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.
I hope that helps! Let me know once you have done a conflict test!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Inclusive tax is not working properlyHi @owadud655
WooCommerce calculates taxes this way from the beginning and is not related to any recent updates. When you select “Yes, I will enter prices inclusive of tax,” WooCommerce will always work backwards from the total product price you enter to calculate the base product price and the tax.
This is a standard feature of WooCommerce and is designed to give you flexibility in how you set up your store’s tax settings. It allows you to choose whether to enter product prices inclusive or exclusive of tax based on your business needs and your location’s tax regulations.
More info on how tax works in WooCommerce can be found here: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/wiki/How-Taxes-Work-in-WooCommerce
If you’re experiencing issues with this feature, it could be due to a settings issue or a conflict with another plugin or theme. Please provide more details or a video of the issue so we can assist you further.
For video, you may use https://loom.com or https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/. Please follow the instructions on that page and then paste the URL into this thread.
Looking forward to hearing from you!

In reply to: [WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway] wechat and alipay Transaction feeHi @joannayoung
The transaction fees for Alipay and WeChat Pay are not set by WooCommerce or the WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway plugin, but by the payment providers themselves.
Therefore, I would recommend reaching out to Stripe’s support directly to get the most accurate information.
Let us know if you have any other questions!
Hi @dkitzerow
A Sitegrounds’s support mentioned, the issue is related to the Elementor. The best way to determine this is to:
- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Four
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
