to import a wp site the theme folder or all the folders AND the db is enough. now from your post i assume square space not letting you have db access to import the sql dump and ftp access to upload your theme files. is that correct?
if yes and you have already lost access to the old hosting then try to configure the site somewhere else then use wp export option to import to square space (not so smart way of doing it).
or you can get a hosting that gives you ftp and phpmyadmin or something for DB.

hi, yes cache in wpfc,maxcdn,cloudflare,browser all cleared still no luck so far.
if i make any changes on maxcdn lets say add jpeg or take out css then i can see the difference. but cant see any sign of photon working

hi sorry for late reply, i thought you mean i can use maxcdn and other so that i can seletec which one serves what, now if i enable maxcdn and other both at the same time only max cdn works the other cdn where i was trying to serve css only is not working.
as well as if i use photon for images and maxcdn for css and js then it photon also does not work only max cdn works.

Now to get site data back you need to get in touch with your hosting whether the account expired or not OR they can get you the data back.

Good news would be: For domain you can still get your domain back (with few exceptions). the domain usually dont come to open market for sale in 2-3 months time. so you probably able to buy the domain back.

you site seems to be hacked yes!! you can scan your site using: https://www.sucuri.net. typically there are tiny bit of js even in the theme folders/files. so follow the instruction available in wp.

it dependents on how you setup the account for each site in the server control panel, do you have a control panel in your server? what is it? typically its either cpanel or plesk
