you should just first try to increase you server memory for php as the error is from wp_raise_memory_limit

/home/includes is not a wp directory

have you created htaccess file back again?

try wp clean talk pro version takes care of most if not ALL

can you see what type of user you are under users, you need to be have administrator privilege to install anything. if the site is working perfect then it must be the reason why.
is there any plugin in on your plugin list that manages membership?

you can take a backup of your database, some hosting also allow to just copy the DB to a new db.
then you can delete your self using query/phpmyadmin.
to stay on safe side you can use DB clean up plugins, I have used wp-sweep it hasn’t broke my site so far. Still backup first.

@andrew i use dedicated server with centos 6.5, pleask latest updated version. can you please give anymore details on what to look/ask for in case of hosting?

but not at the same time (bad!).

the time it took for FTP is the time to change the whole site.
even when the hack file is there i tried https://sitecheck.sucuri.net/ they says all good but i can see the file in there!!!
I also tried wordfence, All In One WP Security & Firewall scan no result. also for All In One WP Security & Firewall i had only one IP open for admin access, renamed log in folder, File System Security, upload DIR htaccess all but even when they are in place the hack does its job again.

contact your hosting/domain provider they have suspended your domain as it is saying on https://www.whois.net/ see the “Name Server” its not pointing your host.

does take to a log in page, but wp-admin is 404. check or clean your htaccess file might help

Check your name servers point correctly to your hosting. Domain renew wont affect your site as it depends on the hosting. if hosting has not been expired or something like that then check your domain resolve to your hosting name server. as it may take 1/2 days they call it domain NS propagation.

thanks for the information. I use VPS and file transfer most of the time I VPN as even FTP takes 2-3 hours for weekly backup using BT.

no I appreciate wp has theme upload feature but FTP is better option rather then measuring upload limit, execution limit. there are themes even more then 10MB isn’t it?
