As far as I know, unfortunately the theme support I have seems to be unavailable already.. Do you recommend any way / anyone that I can look out for regarding this issue? As this is beyond my understanding and I’m not exactly sure on approaching this.

I’ve re-created an entirely new page and contact form and it seems to be working fine now. I am guessing it was some sort of bug as I replicated everything from scratch.

Anyways, would like to check, is there a way to CC / BCC multiple recipients?
As I’ve tried as per the instructions for example: “cc:[email protected],[email protected]”. However, noticed that the email when send, it only pulls the first email only.

Have also tried adding separate lines for example: “cc:[email protected]” “cc:[email protected]”.

Is there something that I am missing?

However I do not seem to be able to locate the actual folder.
As I have looked under Appearance > Editor > header.php. Am I looking in the right folder / the correct header.php as there seems to be afew?

Have tried inserting both PHP and CSS within their respective areas but doesn’t seem successful. Logo seems to be blank instead after sticky.
Please advice on this, as Im not proficient in areas of PHP.

As the widget area “Footer Mega Grid Columns” are where we put the main footer area. Where do I put the copyright information on the widget area?

Meanwhile, the 5 column footer to be the top row.

As this is extremely crucial and urgent,

we have temporarily placed the entire footer style as part of the “body”.

Have noticed that it is working perfectly fine on Safari Browser (both desktop and mobile).

However, all the other browsers (even tried Google Chrome on Mobile as well) seems to be experiencing major issues with the footer. Is this partly due to the theme Im using etc.?

Please advice on this accordingly ASAP.

I have watched the video and have gotten a good grasp of it. However, I seem to notice that the custom css option is locked on the free version. Whereas the video showed the option to click it.

Is there anyway I can work around this trying to achieve this example site as stated? https://www.sos.org.sg

Taking to note, it would be best if I can input several lines of information with links in the pop-up block as well. Do advice me if this is possible on the free version
