You will need to pre-set the rating 1 – 10, and the user will pick from that dropdown. The Pro version does have a Likert field or range slider field that might function for what you are wanting. You can use the demo site below to give it a test.

Hi, I would suggest using the select field or radio field for the 1-10 rank system. You can even supply HTML through the fields description if you need to display something like an image.

Hi Drew, you will not need any type of public key for the free version, only for the Pro version of Visual Form Builder. The spam verification will appear to you if you are not logged into WordPress. Have you tried logging out?

Hi mcsandy, Visual Form Builder is not responsive, however it will not stay stagnate but form to the width of its container. The Pro version is responsive with collapsable field rows.
