Hi there! Unfortunately this is not possible to change the upload directory with the free version, however, the Pro version does have a Hook that filters the directory that VFB file uploads are placed in.

Hi there! I would suggest upgrading to the Pro version, as it has an Add-on(Payments Add-on – does require purchase separate from the core Pro plugin) that will allow you to pass the user to PayPal upon submission. Feel free to use the demo site found below to get a feel of the Pro version.

Hi there! If you could open a ticket at the URL below, I would be more than happy to take a look at this for you. More often than not, these situations are culprits of server side firewalls or closed ports or from simple plugin/theme conflicts, but in your case, one form is working while the other is not. Also, have you changed anything within the custom form recently?

Hi there, I would suggest first to deactivate all plugins but VFB Pro, switching to a default WordPress theme to see if there are any third-party plugin issues? Secondly, I would suggest trying putting an email in the Reply-to field.

Thanks for getting back to me Glen. Are you currently using the Classic Pro version? Although this version is shelved and no longer supported, the conditional logic should hide controlled fields if the acting field is not engaged or disengaged. Could you share the link to the where the form is currently?

Hey there Joseph, thanks for getting back to me! Actually, try installing a content ssl fixer plugin. I will include a few that have worked for me below. Also, could you link the URL to where the form is on your site? I can run it through a SSL checker.

Hi there Glen, try making the first select field item as blank. What is happening is the field is rendering as an inputted field, and by allowing the first option blank will render it as empty.

Hi there. There are no settings within the free version to set a limit on submissions. However, in the Pro version, there is such setting. Is there any type of error that the users are getting once they click submit, or is the form submitting as normal. Additionally, do you see these entries under the forms Entries section in WordPress?
