When checking that page I found the products in the first row work when I click on the “Add to Cart” button.
However, the following 3 rows don’t work on the first attempt.

When checking the target link I found the products which don’t get added to the cart in the first attempt have a different target URL format.

This format works…

This format doesn’t work on the first attempt…

Can you please have a similar target URL format for all those products and see if it solves the issue?

I sell 4 courses online. There is a person who wants to purchase all 4 courses in one single purchase and I offered her a 20% discount for that purchase)
Please confirm that in my case I should use the first option (Discount type : Percentage discount) :

Yes, you are supposed to use the “Discount type: Percentage discount” option which will give a percentage of discount on the total cost.
If the total cost is $200, then the discount amount will be $40.

None of them take the percentage. On trying to save the general settings, the percentage is lost, it is not saved as you can see in https://snipboard.io/3Zavtp.jpg

When you set a percentage of discount, the percentage sign is not saved. However, the discount is applied according to the percentage you set on the associated coupon.

Have you tried setting a 20% discount coupon and tested it on the Checkout page?

• Are you trying to add product categories and sub-categories on the sidebar or within the shop page?
• Please share your System Status Report. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Thanks for sharing your System Status Report. I just checked the report and found you don’t have WP Mail Logging installed. https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-mail-logging/

Can you please go through the steps below and let us know how it goes?

1. Install and Activate WP Mail Logging → https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-mail-logging/
2. Place a test order on your site
3. Check if there is a mail regarding your order on WP Mail Logging. This can be checked from the “Tools ?? Wp Mail Log” area.
4. If there is a mail regarding your order in WP Mail Logging but it is not sent to the person who placed the order, then that means there is some issue with your email settings on your server.
5. In that case I suggest you activate a new SMTP mail provider. → https://woocommerce.com/document/email-faq/#section-7
