The banner slider widget doesn’t have the transition effects for the slider.

So you can try to use the brand carousel to create an image slider (see the demo to understand).

Or you can use content slider to sliding any saved templates (which made by the Elementor).

Maybe you didn’t create the templates the proper way.

When creating the slide templates, make sure all the SECTION(s) of the templates should be FULL WIDTH and don’t use HEIGHT.
If you need WIDTH and HEIGHT of the SLIDER, then you can set them from the SLIDER (Sina Content Slider) Style Tab.
