At first, we couldn’t find such issues. the order QR code on PDF is working fine on our demo site. Later we found out that it might be due to hosting. If you are using cPanel hosting then select another PHP version from Native PHP. please read this documentation about this issues

Go to Cpanel and find Select PHP version. Now Choose Another PHP version (Recommended Upper Version) and save. and must avoid the native version of PHP.

I checked your website link, QR code is not showing because the WooCommerce tab is disabled. I have provided a screenshot, have a look (https://ibb.co/ZLpH3M0). The QR code is there, but the QR code is not showing because you set the tab to hide(display: none) with your site’s CSS.

The second thing is the shortcode, you paste the shortcode in a place where WordPress supports the shortcode field (WYSIWYG WordPress HTML editor Supported), otherwise, it will work as a simple text. Which is showing now.
