So I deactivated the plugins – no luck

not sure how to do the default theme as you recommended

If I am on my dashboard at the top there is a + sign then New – then if I hover on the “new” one of the drop down choices is USER – if I click on that it just brings me to all my users.

If I am on the dashboard and I look at the menu on the left and click on Users or All Users – it just goes to the list of all my users. I have no choice listed to add a new user at all.

Thanks, but not what I was looking for. I am using WordPress in Joomla. I wanted to know if there is a modular or plugin that I could use that will show a reader my latest updates to any posts.
