There are two options I know to do that.

1. Create a “coming soon” page and make it contaion a text, an image with the Coming soon information and publish it as your front page. Do so by going to setting >> Reading

Option 2. you can just use a plugin like easy pie

Sounds like something went wrong with your free burner subscription box.
You will need to put it back to your blog, through an HTML widget, or a plugin.

If it was there through means of widget plugin and its no longer working, check whether its still there, and activate it. Perhaps look it under your widget list, and check if all configuration settings are ok.

If not available you, may install this plugin and configure it accordingly.
