I am not a developer so a lot of the technical lingo goes over my head. I have a premium membership and cannot add new plugins. Im sure something is off. There is no option to add new plugin. When I click on “plugin” it simply redirects me to a page that displays all of the active plugins on my site. Please help…and thanks

I have the exact same problem. I am not tech savvy. Im a drag and drop kinda guy, so “renaming” and all of that stuff will just give me a headache. I dont understand why this is happening. I have premium membership. Help please.

I, too, am having plug-in issues, among other things. First of all the dashboard doesn’t say “dashboard” anymore. The different options are still to the left of the screen, however, when I click on plugins, I have no option to “add new” or even disable plugins.
the only plugin that i have was already installed-which is “Jetpack by WordPress.com”

Please help. I’m trying to add and disable plugins but theres no way. I have free account.
