Solved! I was putting the domain in the complete wrong box. If anyone is curious, it was in the 3rd box called “(part of) URL’s or unique string from the inline scripts of third-party scripts & plugins that should be blocked before consent.”

Unfortunately this doesn’t work. Firstly, the live chat still pops up before the consent is given and secondly, when I click on “Accept All”, the cookie bar does not disappear.

It may be simple for a developer ?? okay, so in the end the value is either 1 for a verified user and 0 for one who is not.

Would you ever consider adding in an email reminder if the user hasn’t verified their account within a certain amount of time? Would be a nice feature ??

I am using AutomateWoo to detect any user who has registered and who has NOT verified their account after 24 hours to send an email reminding them to verify (or request a new link).

So far, I did try put user_verification_status values to 1 or 0, and Approved or Unapproved but nothing works here ??

This meta data is not visible on the backend of the user profile is it? It’s only in the Wp_user database right?

As the previous commenter mentioned – having the option to only record one unique view per user for a specific duration would be pretty neat. Of course I understand your reply where you mention people will think your plugin is broken BUT, how about having the option to enable the cookie? So users need to explicitly go to their settings and enable session cookies and set the duration of the cookie? I too am looking for something like this.
