Thanks for that – I saw your post after I’d done mine and I gave it a go.

I deactivated and then deleted the database entries and then tried again but no joy. I’ve seen a few posts where all they get is a black rectangle but I don’t even get that!

I also found that, after doing the above, I had the same problem of being unable to get rid of the first job or rename it. I created a job with a daft name, found that in the database and then deleted the whole lot – it was in the options as backwpup_jobs

I’ve also tried deleting the plugin and deleting database entries but no joy with that either.

Tried latest versions (1.7.4 and 1.7.5); they both solved the problem and I can now select another file location.

I can see from other posts that you have been very busy and I just wanted to say “thank you” for your hard work on this plugin; I certainly appreciate it.

I was experiencing the broken link problem as posted originally and fixed this by resetting to the default options via the gallery setup page.

The slideshow link was also exhibiting the same behaviour; I’d read on other posts about a permalink issue and noticed an “activate permalinks” option on the options – general options page. Ticking this seemed to solve that problem.

Hope this helps anyone with the same problem.
