Thanks. I think I have now worked it out.

I did make a mistake with allowing/excluding products which prevented the customer from using the coupon.

In a ‘brain fade’ moment I wrongly thought that updating the plugin settings would fix the issue but of course the coupon has already been generated! Ans it’s also email specific.

So I have updated the plugin and manually adjusted the existiong coupons ??

I’m having a similar issue. Although I have disabled, produced new keys etc but the problem still exists. If you muck around for a while, sometimes the recaptcha box will appear in all of the places it should. But next time you start with a clean browser window it will not be anywhere except on the my-account login / register page.

I am not sure what script @majidnasiri is referring to? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I’m using Woodmart theme with a slide in login / register form. The code is in the form for recaptcha but it does not display.

I had my WordPress go-to guy have a look for me. Here’s his response;

Thanks for your reply. Yes, I have changed theme.

I did work out the problem – Jetpack. I deactivated the plugin and the mobile theme came back. It seems others have had problems with Jetpack as well.

I have marked this as resolved because the problem is with Jetpack, not your theme.
