I do know how to add custom CSS. In fact the client who brought this to my attention, I fixed it with some CSS. But I’m completely puzzled how a stock install that used to not have this issue suddenly developed it and requires custom CSS. You think something in Divi is causing this? Then wouldn’t all Divi sites have this crop up? Noone else at the Divi support group is seeing this. I do not believe I had custom CSS that caused this, certainly not intentionally. I’m a bit confused how to proceed now.

Has anyone gone back to try the full JetPack install to see if their Tiled Mosaic Gallery works well? I’m thinking about trying that. My galleries on several sites are a mess and clearly this plugin is abandoned. I don’t understand why their demo galleries still work so well. Maybe still running old WP version. I wish someone would pick this up and run with it.

I’m having the same issue. I’m not sure how to implement the fix you mention. If I change that in php won’t that change the content width for everything? This plugin used to work well for me. I have it installed on several sites and they’re all doing this same thing. When I refresh it fixes them but they do not initially display correctly, always cutting off the right. I thought it was the sidebar and actually tried it with the sidebar removed and the same exact thing happens at full width.

Thanks. I’ll try that. I believe it’s adding them at the bottom so if I start with #1 and keep adding that’ll work. Too bad that I can’t bulk upload and have them retain their order though! Just sayin’ ??

Now that the error issued are resolved I successfully dragged to re-order my 22 slides. I’m about to do another one with 150 slides. What is the ideal way to add them so that they will come up in the desired order given the realities of what is available? Thanks again.

VOILA! I tried all of the 4 types of slides and cleared all caches and it appears to all be working properly now. WHEW. You’re the best. Thanks so much.

Thanks. I didn’t even know it was there! But indeed I did have a plugin named Database Browser. I’ve removed it and now do not see the errors and can add images. WHEW. But now I have a new issue. I had used the shortcode [metaslider id=”7700″] and it came up on my page AND I used the widget to add to a sidebar. Now neither is showing up anymore?! ??

WoW…that was fast. I’ve never seen it before I install this plugin. And whatever it is, I’m now seeing window.create_slides is undefined and cannot actually ADD any images or delete any images. So something isn’t right for sure.

Well, I woke up with an aha… if the first one worked and the others didn’t it had to be because the first accordion started open and the others started closed. I changed the setting so that all accordions are open and VOILA! They all work. So now I can leave it that way and they’re still each closeable after viewing.

IF I could find some code that will let it work as initially setup that’d be awesome but this is at least viable. If you have any ideas now that I’ve uncovered where the conflict lies please LMK. I’ll also ask Divi. Thanks.

Ben, thanks for the response. I’ve responded over on the ticket to confirm that it works. But I’m pasting in here also for anyone who finds this later…

The permissions on the theme folders are fine and haven’t been touched in 5 years since installed. I had read to save but had saved the settings not the theme options. Once I did that I now have the framework for the posterboard. I think I just have to go back in and re-establish the custom colors. Not sure how this all happened though. It’s frankly been a PITA to have it down so long and not be able to fix it.

What I meant was to export all the testimonials. I couldn’t wait any longer and hav already manually copy/pasted them out. But I’m curious if there is actually an export function that I didn’t see. Perhaps in the paid version?
