OK…here are side by side with and without your plugin turned on and no other changes. See the difference in height? I believe that the GF is taking the height of the Divi button for all form fields. Really?! I just spent some time trying to find a way to convert it but neither effort worked. I don’t know how to make the video so you can see it. I can do still captures of the 2 looks but the video is much better.

Really? The form looks quite normal until I activate your plugin which is why I thought it was the cause. Is there some css I can use that’ll change it w/o the plugin?

Not that I know I have to go to Settings I was able to activate this and rearrange. HOWEVER…it doesn’t change anything on the front end using WP 4.9.7. Too bad as I need it for CPT and the others don’t work with them. Bummer. Any update coming?

Thanks Andy. I have NOT figured it out and still have no idea why it’s not working. I haven’t even tried since I posted this, what with the holidays and all. Also, I have not figured out how to work the export function either. Most confusing. No matter what I try when I export it doesn’t show me anything but Name. How do I export all the fields for all the submissions each time? Thanks.

It would be helpful if someone could respond to this. I’m looking at having to purchase another plugin in order to export data unless someone can help me figure out how to use this one. Thanks.

Great thanks. I see it’s a one time fee. Will updates be directly inside Dashboard? I bought a one-time fee via Envato and now I have to download and install it manually for every update. I hate that. I manage 50 client sites. I can’t be bothered with that.

Did you ever get this working? I looked at your site and you have a place for account password. I assume you created that account. Does that work then when they come back as a returning customer? That’s what I need. ALSO how did you populate the dropdown menu? I haven’t been able to figure that out.

Where did you find it? I can’t figure this out. I clicked on More Toggler and added options but they don’t show up. How did you get it to work?

I was looking for how to hide fields also but turning off “required” just makes them not required. So far I haven’t found any way to disable fields. But I played with CSS and this hides the Company field:

#billing_company_field {display:none;}

I’m not sure if the client will find this a good solution or not. I used the settings to tell it to only index products. So now the results only show products. That may or may not meet her need but hopefully it will. Is there any better approach?

Thanks Jeremy. As soon as I saw your post I knew what to do. I use ET’s Divi and they added a new minification feature that is automatically enabled. And of course WPRocket has one as well. I think they were competing. I disabled them BOTH and cleared caches and all is well now. THANKS!
