Thanks Robert. So is the importer also part of the Pro version? Would I be able to create the XLSX doc with all the points on my map and links to their posts and have it create the map? And once done any future posts would be added to the map? You say it requires custom coding. Is this something a non-coder can figure out or can we hire you to do for us? Would it be expensive?

Since the functions we’re most interested in are in the Pro version I’m wondering if either you have a trial website with Pro on it or if you have a trial period before purchase (or refund after purchase before end of trial)? I have to try setting an example up for them to see if they will be comfortable with this solution before they will commit to the expense. Thanks.

Thanks for the helpful and speedy response. But if this is setup on a WP page and I don’t want the world to have access won’t I have to hide the page and give a p/w to view it? How is that handled?

I was able to increase php memory to 512 as suggested which did nothing. With all plugins disabled I still cannot work in the back end. BUT I can now work in the front end so I’m plodding along using the Visual Builder on the front end. I have had to gradually activate plugins in order to do the work. I have had no response yet from ET or on FB. I’m not using the plugin mentioned above and even if I were, disabled. I hope someone comes up with a fix for this. It’s quite disturbing.

This is interesting. I have Divi on at least a dozen or more sites, all on the same SiteGround Enterprise Cloud server. I made a staging clone of my old business site as it’s time to update to using Divi on it. I kept getting this Divi Builder Timeout error. I’ve just requested the php increase then I disabled ALL plugins at once. Indeed I was able to then open the Builder. However after doing just one thing in it, I got the white screen of death. I hope the php increase helps given that all the plugins are disabled and there’s still an issue. Crazy weird. Will post at ET and on the FB group.

Thanks so much for your helpful response. I was on the phone with the client when you wrote and have just learned that they’re going to archive that body of work off-line. So we will hopefully be able to just start building a new archive in the new tool and not need to import everything. Now I can move forward more easily. Thank you!

Actually I have! I should’ve said that in my original post. What that did was label the front of the search box as my location. I’ve hidden the search box with CSS as we don’t need one. But it does NOT change the label on the pin. Any other ideas? Thanks!

2 minutes later… DUH! I’d tried changing the WRONG label! I had changed the “your location” instead of “start location”. All is good now. My bad. THANKS!

Josh, I’m a Divi user and just installed this plugin. I wanted to confirm that I too am seeing this. Though it doesn’t appear to be a deal-breaker, as everything still works. Thanks Hal. I finally found it…so far down beneath Yoast and several other boxes. That’s why I marked this thread resolved. No way to remove it or edit it. Great plugin. Very impressed. THANKS!

I’m just starting to use this and want to say having the same option for the widget would be AWESOME too. Not including the title makes the backend hard to navigate. You can’t tell which quote to edit.

I meant to say…looking in the screen captures and widgets I see that there ARE different rotators to select. What I do not yet see is HOW do I ASSIGN testimonials into a specific rotator? I think I’m missing that option.

Did you ever resolve this? I’ve used SCU for a long time but this is the first time I’m noticing this issue. Seems like there should be a way to tell WP to not display them. I too searched and only found your post.

One more formatting question. If you look at this capture you’ll see the two simple CSS tips I need. I want to remove the extra space between the two sections and move the directions up to the same line as the distance so as to consolidate/tighten the amount of space each listing takes. THANKS!

When it said to Hide Scrollbar I thought it would not allow folks to see past the bottom of the box!
