I just cloned the site and tried changing the theme to 2014 and disabling all plugins except UM…no change. ??
Boris…I do have access to the DB via phpAdmin. I’m unclear about the advice to pay for an upgrade. We’re using the newest version. Unless you mean to buy support which I HAVE advised them but I haven’t heard back from the client OR from UM if paying for premium support, they will actually fix this for the client or only advise them. They won’t know what to do even more so than I do.
Thanks. I’m a bit confused. I thought the problem was caused by changes in UM. In which case are you suggesting I restore an old SQL and then NOT update UM? Not sure what states I have access to. I’m a designer not a dev so like I said, slightly out of my league here. I know we could pay to have someone fix this though. I’m sheila AT hoffmangraphics DOT com
That is over my head! Can you ping me if the client could hire you to make this work? They’re very low budget. They’re also very upset that something that worked no longer works. if the issue is a change in UM then it seems reasonable for them to offer a fix! I know how to get into SQL but I wouldn’t know what to do once I was there.
Sorry…as I mentioned I set this up 1.5 years ago and haven’t touched it since so very rusty. I changed the first filter to First Name and saved and indeed that worked. SO…what do I have to do to get the 3 filters we want to be there? I do not see any duplicates for my 3 fields. All 3 are setup with checkboxes. The Meta Keys are all_services, locations and all_diets and they’re privacy is all set to Everyone.

As far as I can see there are no duplicates just the 3 options we’ve always had that used to work. It’s a real puzzle.If the client pays for Premium Support can you fix this for them?
Wow…I really appreciate the quick response. But I’m unclear one, how this even could happen since it was setup and working correctly…and two, what to do now to correct it! I set this up more than a year ago and haven’t touched it since so I’m a little rusty on even where to begin to try to correct this!

We’re having a similar issue, we cannot use the filters to find anything. But I’m unclear if it’s the same issue as outlined in this thread or not. Can anyone take a look and see if you can tell?

Running latest WP 4.6 and latest UM too.I just figured this out. I tried to remove my post and couldn’t. Since it’s here I’ll also include the learning for possible future folks. On this site I have a directory plugin that uses a Google Maps API. So the calendar needed the API from it to work. WHEW!
Woah…Since when do we need to do anything with an API for the map to work. I found this thread because a client was complaining their maps no longer work. Was this a recent change with an update. Can anyone enlighten me on where/how to get the API to make the maps work again? thanks.
I found the place in settings to put in an API but when I click the link to get an error. I checked my other Timely calendars and none of them are having an issue needing an API and their calendars display. Most odd. I’ll open my own thread but figured you all understand this already and might be most helpful.
Thanks Tashmina. I never was notified of this post. They use Constant Contact which I don’t have experience with. I do know MailChimp. And it looked like even on a single event it was subscribing you to the whole calendar, but maybe not.

I get this warning: Share App ID Missing
The ‘fb:app_id’ property should be explicitly provided, Specify the app ID so that stories shared to Facebook will be properly attributed to the app. Alternatively, app_id can be set in url when open the share dialog.Could that be the problem? I don’t know how to fix it.

So I’m still not sure what to do to make this always work correctly without having to manually select the image on each post. THANKS!
Thanks for the speedy response. I was just editing my post. I actually manually added the image on that one. I cannot get any others to work with the settings though. I don’t think it’s a caching issue as I’ve never tried to share any of these other posts before. Can you please check other posts at https://www.solsara.net/blog? Thanks!

In reply to: [WP Author Bio] Duplicated author box on postsOK…this is NUTS. Someone on the Divi Facebook page pointed out the issue. In your plugin settings the first option called Display In must be set to NONE or else it automatically displays at the bottom of the post so then when I added the shortcode to put it where I wanted it I got it twice.
I hope this helps other. I respectfully submit it would greatly help people new to your plugin if you included this important detail in the text beside this option! GEEZ.
