In reply to: [Shelf Planner] Created purchase orders are not openingHi
first of all, thanks for using our plugin. ??
1/2.) Created Purchase Orders cannot be opened in the table at the moment, but we will change this so it is possible to see the detail and make changes.
Once the PO is created, it should show the inbound, but in the screenshot there is no quantity and supplier, so therefor the inbound is 03.) We have tried to replicate the language issue – can you let us know which plugin you use for multi-language, then we will try to test this. (we also run our test store in different languages in the backend but couldn’t replicate)
to p2 – there is a tick box in ‘Forecast Settings’ to force products without cost price to be included in the reports and tables.
Without a cost price, it’s not possible to place an order.
We have this in our backlog to change this, you’re right – all products should be included in the tables and reports, even if they don’t have cost price (yet)Thanks for your feedback ??

In reply to: [Shelf Planner] Store performance and design issuesHi Ahmed,
we just released an updated version with a fix for Currencies and font fixes.
In the ‘Forecast Settings’ you can chose which currency to set as your default currency in the reporting. Let us know if this does the trick.-
We’re still trying to understand what causes the issues with Google Chrome, we have not been able to replicate it.
Any chance you can share an error log from JS console? Thanks again ??

In reply to: [Shelf Planner] Store performance and design issuesHi Ahmed,
thanks a lot for your input ??With regards to 1) currencies and 4) digital products – we will add these in our next release, end of the week.
With regards to 2) Font changes – yeah, that should not happen, we’ll fix this as part of the same release as well.
But for 3) Chrome issues – we tried to replicate this, but didn’t manage to. We always run Chrome ourselves as well, so far not a problem. But we’ll keep investigating this in the meantime.
One thing you could try is to disable the ‘fullscreen’ version of Shelf Planner in the ‘Forecast Settings’ where you can untick the box ‘enable full screen mode’.
Perhaps this does the trick until we find what caused this issue. Please let me know if you have any other thoughts or requests.
I will get back to you as soon as we have released the updated version.

In reply to: [QA Cost of Goods & Margins] Change Markup and Margin?Hi Ben,
as I mentioned in the previous comment, we have launched our new stock and inventory management plugin for WooCommerce – Shelf Planner.
It’s definitely a good feature to have and we’ll work on getting it into our next release of Shelf Planner.BR

In reply to: [QA Cost of Goods & Margins] Move Menu to a submenuHi Ben,
apologies for our late response. This week, we have launched our new stock and inventory management plugin for WooCommerce – Shelf Planner. (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/shelf-planner/)
This plugin contains all the features of the Cost of Goods & Margins plugin, and much more like forecasting, replenishment and back order management.Going forward, all of our development focus will go to Shelf Planner. Of course, we will keep the COGS plugin up to date, but we’ll not add any new features.
I do think you have a valid point though, and we’ll work on including Shelf Planner in the WooCommerce pages instead.
Thanks for your feedback.

In reply to: [QA Cost of Goods & Margins] COGS reportHi,
First of all, thanks for your kind words, and I’m glad to hear you like our plugin.
At the moment, we don’t have the values for COGS in the graph, but you’re absolutely right, this should be a report we need to include of course.
We’ll add it to the reports as ‘Cost of Goods Sold’ and can release it within the next couple of weeks.
I can let you know in this thread once we have it in place.BR

In reply to: [Shelf Planner] Retail insights are blankHi Chris,
first of all, thank you for trying our plugin ??
At the moment, the profit reports in the ‘store performance’ tab are empty as all margins and values are calculated after the installation of the plugin.
Any order created after installation will be saved and you should see data being presented going forward.
In the next release we will do all these calculations also for historical data, we estimate this release to be ready within the next 2 weeks. In the ‘integrations’ tab you should be able to see the progress of the data processing.
Once this is at 100% you should be able to see the forecast generated for each product and from there an ideal stock is calculated in the ‘stock analyses’ tab.
(all products have a default ‘week of stock’ of 6 as a default but you can change this in the product settings. We’ll be releasing a update tonight which will allow you to manage all your products in one page, which should make this a lot easier ??
I will let you know as soon as this feature has been included.Kind regards,

In reply to: [QA Cost of Goods & Margins] Your plugin causing a warning noticeThis issue should have been resolved with the latest release.
We found the issue, it was related to a conflict with ajax that caused the reports to present incorrectly.
(It’s fixed in the latest version 0.5.1)We also made a sync between the old cog plugin and the new Shelf Planner tables, so all history that was created before installing Shelf Planner is present.
With regards to the syncing of cost prices, we did not include that (yet), but the easiest way is to export the Excel file in ‘Settings’ and upload them into the Product Management – ‘Settings Import/Export’ in the Shelf Planner pages.
Let us know if this doesn’t work, we’re happy to find another solution in that case ??
Hi,
We’re looking into this and will get back with a fix as soon as possible.-Thanks!
