I thought maybe the use of the word text within the command language was throwing it off, so I tried changing it. Still no look.

I need to know exactly
1) Where to insert the name of a link other than Press Release
2) What to call it so it is named properly in the blue show/hide button that the reader sees
3) Whether I have to do the type command just once or before every link
4) What I am doing wrong with the following syntax:

Hi, there, and thanks for creating this plugin. I am looking for a way to let customers specify a price, but the price is not zero–kind of like the “request payment” or “send money” feature in Paypal. That way, people can put through an order based on knowing the final amount of their purchase (in this case, consulting services).

Will this plugin do that?
