I cant reach that site @thunderd but thanks, i will not copy my installation because the site is for one of my customers. I don’t know what you mean with configuration? I did not configure anything, i used the configurator inside wordpress.

Okay, i think i found a bug, the data is not validated when i press the direct checkout button, only when i press the add to cart button, wc field factory will validate the fields but not when i use the direct checkout button.

If i add text to the field, it also disappears after clicking direct checkout.
When i click the add to cart and checkout, it works flawless. I can see the order meta also.

Okay no answer, i will remove the plugin because my customer needs a fix. Its a shame to see how bad the support is. Replying with a bad answer and quickly set the topic to solved. No its not solved with a line code, if i needed that code i would’ve looked in your docs but thats NOT what i need.

This is not what i meant. Where can i overview the data input of the user? When a user places a order with flowers, extra option is green. Where can i see green? Do i really need to code that by my self? When i go to WooCommerce > Orders > Click an order > overview page of order, where is the meta???

I cannot find any order meta, for example: Someone chooses a color, where can i find that color in the order back in wp-admin screen?
