In reply to: [Post My CF7 Form] Few questionsI don’t know how to link in all my woo commerce products to the form so that whoever buys a product will create a post to the owner of the product only.

In reply to: [Post My CF7 Form] Few questionsWhat I would like is for form submissions to be sent to posts. I would then like to assign different admins to different forms so they can only read and reply to their forms in the backend of wordpress.

In reply to: [Awesome Support - WordPress HelpDesk & Support Plugin] FunctionalityThank you for your answers. For #2. email assign (https://getawesomesupport.com/6-ways-assign-agents-tickets/) this can be set before tickets are assigned and will automatically send to the correct agents as tickets come in?
#4. I only want tickets to be read and responded to on/through the website.

In reply to: [Awesome Support - WordPress HelpDesk & Support Plugin] Functionalityand the point of the woo commerce add on is to filter support tickets to product authors rather than to all admins on the backend of WordPress correct?

In reply to: [Awesome Support - WordPress HelpDesk & Support Plugin] FunctionalityThank you for the detailed reply.
#1. Looks like this add on cost $49.00 for single website. The purpose of this add on is to connect the product to the support tickets correct?
#2 For the Assign Agents With Email Rules – does this mean I can assign an agent to a product and whoever buys the product will be able to submit a ticket that will only go to the agent assigned to the product?
#3. Perfect. So I could set a limit of 4 tickets on product a and 5 tickets on product b?
#4. Great.
#5. All email exchanges are done through the website so no email addresses are shared, correct?
How much would the development cost or is there a function that can be used to redirect tickets based on a keyword (product name or id)?

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Submit form to user accountMaybe it is easier to ask this question – Can I have the contact 7 form send to wordpress user (backend) in a post format and then I can restrict users to only see messages sent to them based on what form I link to what product.

In reply to: [User Role Editor] filter contentWhen I look at ticket paths they are domain/wp-admin/post.php?post=3363&action=edit.
Is there a way to filter items so any post linked (and by this, I mean is set to product/post author) to user-id8 is only viewable and editable (to reply) to user-id8? in backend of wordpress? If no, can I add an attribute to the ticket system and link it someone with product/post authors?Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Helpdesk Support Ticket System for WooCommerce] Assign tickets and accessIs there a function I can add so if a user is linked to a product and an email is sent for the product or user that only that user can see the tickets? I really need a way to automate the help desk system. It does everything else that need. I don’t want to have someone manually assign tickets.

In reply to: [Front End PM] Email restrictionsCan you provide the custom code?
So the process would be, a customer buys a product and the product has a user author identified. I don’t have a vendor plugin, more of a product post author. Once the item is purchased, the customer can message the seller and if I understand correctly I can limit the number of emails that can be sent per product. The seller and the customer have access to send emails within the wordpress website and no email addresses are shared. I’m assuming that notifications are sent to actual email accounts but both parties are to login to read and reply. Can you confirm this is all correct and if this is in the free version. Thank you.

In reply to: [Front End PM] Email To: fieldThanks I figured this one out but had to find a way to change the author manually.
My two missing requirements are:
1. Limiting the number of times one user can email another user based on role or woo commerce product.
2. Only allowing specific roles to be able to reply to emails.
Does your pro version offer these?Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Submit form to user accountIt’s not so much an issue. I want my Contact 7 form to send to the front end PM https://www.shamimsplugins.com/docs/front-end-pm/ mailbox (which shows in wordpress) sending to the user or maybe user profile instead of sending to an email address.
